As a licensed trustee, BTG holds and manages trust assets in accordance with the trust deed, acting in the best interests of beneficiaries with full fiduciary responsibility. We take our trustee obligations seriously and manage them with care.
Board & Meeting Management
BTG manages trustee and board meetings, prepares minutes and resolutions, and ensures that all governance obligations are met consistently and on time. We handle the administrative burden so clients can focus on their objectives.
Transaction Oversight
BTG reviews and oversees transactions conducted through client structures, ensuring they are properly authorised, documented and compliant with applicable regulations. Every transaction is handled with diligence and precision.
Accounting & Recordkeeping
BTG maintains accurate financial records, prepares annual accounts and manages the accounting obligations of client structures in accordance with Mauritius standards and international best practice.
Relationship Management
Every client is allocated a dedicated relationship manager who provides ongoing support, coordinates with external advisers and ensures the structure continues to meet the client's evolving needs. This is not a call-centre model.
